• This meeting is designed as an informal gathering of professionals and is intended to be as relaxed as possible.
• The dress code for the meeting will be casual/smart casual, except in exceptional cases where the institution to be visited has specific rules (these will be detailed in
  the final programme).
• The working language will be English and it is planned to record the working sessions in order to produce a final document containing the main conclusions of the meeting.
• The working sessions will be chaired by a tourism professional and Spanish/English translation services will be provided.
